The 2023 JRSC 1st Annual Winter Blues Regatta will be raced indoors using 4-inch wooden sailboat models (provided) in Pearson Hall at the Jolly Roger Sailing Club. This race is open to all skippers, young and old. Registration opens at 12:30 PM. First race begins at 1:30 PM.
