HOEDOWN NEWS....

If you signed up to help with setup, please plan on being at the club at 4:00pm on Friday.  If you signed up to help with decorating, please plan on being at the club at 1:00pm on Saturday.  Bartenders are needed for the Hoedown as someone had to cancel.  Please let Lee Lake (734-847-1005 or 419-215-6222) or myself (Lynne 734-476-0576) know if you can help bartend.  If you haven't signed up to help, feel free to just come and help.  Also, if you haven't RSVP'd for dinner stop by to have a drink and enjoy the activities. Special Update Info.....If you are bringing ribs for the cookoff, please bring 1 rack (fitting in a 9 x 13 pan).   And, pulled chicken and barbecue beef or pork sandwiches with all the fixins' will be served.

We will be having a Rib Cook-Off that evening.
If you bring ribs your bingo entry fee and dinner will be free.

Bingo entry fee is $5.00 and dinner is $10.00.

Please RSVP to Lynne by October 3rd if you are planning on having dinner or bringing ribs.
