Following the June Membership Meeting, P/C Tom Thanasiu will be presenting a brief history of America’s Cup Racing during the Vanderbilt era. He will also be talking about sailing in the Western Basin of Lake Erie during the late 1800’s.

Tom is the Historian for both AYC and I-LYA. His historical lectures are both entertaining and informative. He also will be bringing some artifacts from the era.
